Cole | Month Two 

• You have discovered your hands.  You will put your thumb into your mouth and suck on it.  It is one of your favorite things to do and it will soothe you when you get fussy, which is very rare.  

• You love to coo and talk to people when they talk to you.

• You are trying to roll over.  

• You will follow us by turning your head or moving your eyes.  It's so sweet.

• You had your two month shots this afternoon.  You weigh 12 lbs.(57th percentile) and are 22 1/2 inches long (65th percentile).  Your head circumference is 39.9 cm which is the 48th percentile.  

• You are wearing 3 month clothes, but can wear some 6 month although they are a tad bit big. 

• You like a paci, but also really like your thumb and fist.  

• You love to look at the objects hanging down from your activity mat and are starting to look at the mobile above your crib.

• We feed you when you are hungry, which is anywhere between 3-5 hours.  When you get hungry you don't make a lot of noise, mostly you tart sucking on your thumb or fist.  You are extremely laid back.  You go to bed between 10pm-11pm and sleep until 6-7 am.  You have woken a few times between 3-4 am but not often.  After I nurse you, you go back to bed for three to four more hours
  
  
• You wear a size 1 diaper.  
  

• You love bath time even more and could probably play in your tub for a long time.  

• I think you can see a pretty good distance.  We can smile and talk to you from across the room and you will smile back.  

• You have the sweetest little temperament. You cry only when there is a real reason to.  You are extremely laid back.  

• Your eyelashes are getting longer, but are a light brown color.  

• You love to be held and look over our shoulder.  Often times, you will wiggle down and chew on our upper arm.  

• Your head is super strong.  You will hold it up and move it side to side.  Tummy time is still a struggle. 

• You have fallen in love with your activity mat.  You have sat in your boppy under the objects that dangle down for an hour.  You hit them, coo at them and kick your feet all while smiling the biggest smiles.  You love to look at yourself in the mirror too.
