Friday night, UK beat #1 seed, Ohio State in a very close game that came down to the buzzer. This win advanced them to the Elite 8 with another rematch between UK and UNC. The Cats won which secured their spot for the Final Four being played in Houston, Texas Saturday evening. The Cats will play UCONN which won't be an easy game. Vegas has UK as the favorite - let's hope their predictions are correct! If Kentucky wins, they will play the winner of the VCU / Butler game. I love to see the underdogs prevail and both of these teams have certainly done so. I have seen some predictions with people choosing UK as the National Champs. In one of my brackets, I have the Cats taking home the title. Gotta have faith and I sure do!
Rich and I can't be more thrilled because the road to the Final Four hasn't been easy with Kentucky having the toughest bracket possible. The Cats certainly earned their keep. Let's keep it going! Go Big Blue!
