and ripped our hearts out.

What a game for UK on Saturday - kudos to each and every player for making a fantastic comeback and almost beating the #9 team in the nation.
Going into half-time most fans were down a bit because during the first half, every time Auburn had the ball, they scored. UK, not so much.
The pep talk must have worked in the locker room during half time because the CATS came out ready to play, and that they did.

Too bad the outcome wasn't in UK's favor because they worked diligently to make that happen. Our seats were in the end zone where Auburn kicked the winning field goal and after the ball sailed through the up-rights, Rich turned to me and muffled, "This loss makes me feel like my dog just died..." It was tough watching the UK players lay on the field immediately after Auburn won. Sometimes games like those just are not fair... but, better luck next weekend.

This Saturday, South Carolina comes to town and that squad is coming off a win over the #1 team in the nation, Alabama.

The weather was perfect for a day of tailgating, being outside and watching football. We spend most of our tailgating time at my cousin's RV which has spoiled us. There is no other way to tailgate! Their RV has a bathroom, a kitchen, washer and dryer, bedroom, A/C, heat, flat screen, and more. Once you tailgate with all the amenities, you can't revert back to traditional tailgating. Our food is always warm, drinks are cold and bladders are empty!
Go CATS!
Excitement! The CATS made a comeback and tied the game!
