Maybe 32 isn't so bad after all...

Last Friday, I celebrated my 32nd birthday, although I still can't believe I am 32 years old. How is that possible? Most days I don't feel like I am 'in my thirties' so I think I'm conquering this age with a smile.

Rich invited several of our friends out to a Mexican Fiesta at Senor Iguanas on Friday night. We had about 25 friends show up so the party was a wonderful time with lots of laughs. Some of our pint sized friends, Jackson and Jackson joined in the fun too! Rich got me fancy Canon Rebel DSLR camera and I couldn't have been more thrilled. I have wanted a really nice camera for some time now so this was a wonderful surprise. Now, once I learn how to use all the settings, I'll be posting several pictures on my blog.

I share the same birthday with the little girl next door, Kaileigh. Kai turned five so it was a big birthday for her. Thursday night, she and her little brother Lincoln rang my doorbell and presented my with a little birthday surprise. She sure knows how to bring a smile to my face!

My birthday was a success this year and I look forward to celebrating many, many more.
