Two years ago we became husband and wife, and in two months we'll become a mother and a father. It's hard to believe that Rich and I celebrated our two year wedding anniversary yesterday. Some days it seems like I was just walking that aisle, but other days, it seems like we've been married for ten years. A lot has happened since February 6, 2010, but most are memories I would not change for the world. I feel fortunate to have Rich by my side through the thick and the thin, but most importantly as the father of our little guy.
Rich was talking with my Mom on Sunday and she mentioned that she bought some ribs that were on sale at Kroger in which she planned to fix for dinner that night. Rich expressed his love for ribs, so she decided to buy another rack and have us over last night for our anniversary dinner. Our meal was delicious, plus there is just something special about a home cooked meal from Mom.
Times have definitely changed, but all in good fun as we prepare for our soon to be family of three.
