Saturday Night Salsa

My good friend Samantha has created her very own salsa recipe that is simple to make, yet very delicious. It reminds me of Chili's salsa which is one of my all time favorites. You can modify the intensity by choosing Original, Mild or Hot Rotel tomatoes. Samantha properly named her masterpiece.

I am going to make it for tailgating this weekend and I think it will be a huge hit.


Saturday Night Salsa

Two cans of Rotel tomatoes with green chilies - drained (Original, Mild or Hot)
• One lime (squirt the juice into your bowl)
• Three cloves of garlic
• A handful of cilantro
• Serve with blue corn tortilla chips


Process all ingredients in the food processor long enough for the cilantro and garlic to chop up.
So simple!

I typically double or triple the recipe depending on how many people I am serving.
